Wendy’s introduces the new Cajun Crunch Spicy Chicken Sandwich as its latest, limited-time menu item. It’s joined by the new Tangerine Twist Lemonade.
The Cajun Crunch Spicy Chicken Sandwich features a crispy-fried spicy chicken breast filet, spicy mustard sauce, Cajun crispy onions, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and crinkle-cut pickles on a toasted premium bun. The new Cajun crispy onions are crispy-fried onion pieces with a Cajun seasoning, while the spicy mustard sauce has a mustardy mayo base spiked with cayenne and horseradish.
Prices vary, but it costs $7.19 at my local Wendy’s in Los Angeles.
The new Tangerine Twist Lemonade takes the chain’s lemonade and adds its Tangerine Twist puree for a dose of “sweet and tangy tangerine” flavor.
Prices vary, but it as follows near me: $3.29 for a small, $3.79 for a medium, $3.99 for a large.
The new items follow on the heels of Wendy’s recent launch of Frosty Swirls.
