P.F. Chang’s adds new Asian fried chicken to its menu with the introduction of both Korean Fried Chicken and Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken.
P.F. Chang’s Korean Fried Chicken is either lightly coated with dry-rub five spice seasoning or sweet and spicy Korean sauce. It is available as bone-in chicken (with 3 pieces or 6 pieces) and boneless chicken (available in 4-piece, 5-piece, 8-piece, or 10-piece orders)
The restaurant chain’s Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken features small pieces of lightly-battered, crispy-fried boneless chicken thighs tossed with dry-rub five-spice seasoning, roasted guajillo chili, and basil leaves.
The fried chicken is packaged in The Golden Feast which consists of either Korean Fried Chicken or Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken served with pickled cucumbers, pickled red onion, and a selection of sauces. An option pairing of alcohol is also offered.
P.F. Chang’s Golden Feast sauces include Sweet Soy Glaze, Dynamite Sauce, Hot Honey, and Chili Crisp.
P.F. Chang’s Golden Feast fried chicken menu is available now at locations nationwide (excluding airports and Puerto Rico).
