Panda Express offers a twist on the Firecracker Shrimp it tends to offer this time of year by debuting new Firecracker Steak and Shrimp, which is Firecracker Shrimp with the addition of sirloin steak.
Specifically, Firecracker Steak and Shrimp consists of sirloin steak pieces and shrimp, wok-tossed with red and yellow bell peppers, onions, string beans, whole dry chili peppers, and Firecracker sauce. Panda Express’ signature Firecracker sauce is a savory, spicy sauce made with fermented black beans and whole dry chili peppers.
Firecracker Steak and Shrimp is available nationwide now for a limited time through May 27, 2025, while supplies last. As with the fast-food chain’s other shrimp and steak entrees, it carries a premium charge that varies with location. It costs $1.50 extra in a plate or bowl at my local Panda Express.
