Taco Bell is currently conducting a test of new Agua Refrescas for a limited time at participating locations in the Charlotte, NC area.
The new line of drinks features “refreshing and vibrate” fruit-flavored beverages mixed with fruit pieces and green tea for a bit of caffeine.
Agua Refrescas come in several flavors including Strawberry Passionfruit, Mango Peach, and Dragonfruit Berry. They’re priced at $3.99 (may vary) which is the same price as a Taco Bell Freeze.
The drinks were tested earlier this year at one location in Southern California and appear to have done well enough to merit a bigger test. They appear to be Taco Bell’s answer to Starbucks Refreshers but with a name that plays off of agua fresca.
